Q: How do you process payments? 

A: All payments are securely processed through shopify! We do not privately process payment information at the moment for customer security purposes. 

Q: Do you offer returns on your items? 

A: Yes! You may return any item for a full refund, please use the “contact” link at the top of the homepage and we’ll help you out! 

Q: What is your handling time

A: All of our items will ship out within 2-3 business days with tracking attached to the order! 

Q: How long have you been in business? How large is your store? 

A: We have been professionally selling books for 7 years! We are a locally owned, locally ran business in Bend, Oregon with 4 employees! 

Q: Can I ask you questions about your books? 

A: Absolutely! We love answering specific questions about our books. We will give you particular answers that you won’t find elsewhere with large, corporate booksellers or bookselling sites.
